All you need to do is watch this video and keep in mind that after you center those icons, any other program that's not pinned to the taskbar will appear more to the right, so it's better to add all your icons in the taskbar first and then center it. Nowadays the USB devices are the thing, no more CDs or DVDs. And it's cooler to have your Windows installation disk on a little USB device than the old fashion CD or DVD.

So how can one use some USB Device to install Windows 7?

First you need a motherboard that's capable to boot from USB and second, a USB device large enough for the installation files to fit (4GB is fine). The rest you can find out by watching the video.
