How to disable the beep made by the PC speaker

From time to time, when some error occurs in Windows, or maybe caused by a program, this little annoying beep sound is made by your PC speaker. If you didn't know, there is a little speaker inside your computer case and it's responsible for that beep. This is how you can disable it. Of course, you can undo these steps at any time to enable it back.
