Optimizing Windows Vista

Remove some default features of Windows Vista to make it faster. Disable any Windows Vista Sidebar gadgets you don't use, maybe disable it completely. Set your screen resolution, check for any available updates provided by the Windows Update feature, increase the available Virtual Memory and more.
