How to disable warnings when installing digitaly unsigned drivers

Sometimes the CD that came with a new purchased hardware contains digitally unsigned drivers. Windows can even refuse to install these drivers! That's kind of stupid, if you know the drivers are safe, so this is how to disable this security policy forever.

After doing so please be careful about the drivers you install, make sure they are reliable, otherwise you can mess up your computer! (slow performance, BSODs... etc).
