Remove burning features from Windows Vista
If you use some 3rd party burning software for your CDs/DVDs (Nero, Roxio, CDRWIN) then Vista's burning feature is obsolete, might as well remove it.
You can open up the "Run" dialog by pressing the "Win key + R" combination.
The Registry location where you must add the key is "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ Software \ Microsoft \ CurrentVersion \ Policies \ Explorer" and the new key is a DWORD (32bit) called "NoCDBurning"
!Caution! Registry editing is dangerous! Please review this tutorial a couple of times of you're not sure what to do!
