If you use Windows Vista but would like to change Internet Explorer to be your default browser, then these settings are for you.
There are two ways (that I know) to do this. The fist one is once you open your preferred browser you'll get a notification that asks you if you want to change this browser to your default browser, select 'YES' and it will become automatically your default browser.
