
The StartupDelay Controls the time delay after a system startup before Indexing Service. This tweak does not disable anything, it just removes the unnecessary wait time.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ ContentIndex.
Change the Decimal value of the Startupdelay key to 40000 and restart the PC. You should notice a bootup that takes less time.
